Robert C. Summers, CFA, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Senior Trader, joined the firm in 2001. Bob is a Portfolio Manager within the Global Investment Grade Credit team as well as the Head of Global Investment Grade Credit Trading. He had previously been a credit analyst at Stein Roe & Farnham where he focused on private placements and Van Kampen American Capital where he focused on opportunities in the municipal bond market.Bob has a BBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He has been awarded the Chartered FinancialAnalyst designation.
