Set-Up Your E-Phone with Ethernet

Plug handset into the back of the phone
Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the first port of the phone labeled with 3 little boxes connected to the shape of a triangle. Plug the other end into open LAN port on the rear of the router/modem.
Plug the power supply into power port on the back of the phone and plug the phone into local power source.
Slide stand into available slots on the back of the phone.

Set-Up your E-Phone with Wi-Fi

Unplug Ethernet Cable from your E-Phone
Click on the gear icon (settings) and select Admin Settings > Network Setup > Wi-Fi client setup
Turn “Wireless” and “Wi-Fi sign in access” to On and hit Apply
Select your “Network Name” (home Wi-Fi)
When asked for Passphrase, enter your Wi-Fi password

FAQ

What’s more recommended for setup – Ethernet or Wi-Fi?

It’s recommended to connect directly to a modem/router. However, if your router is in a different location from your phone, you can purchase a Wireless Mesh or Repeater that can extend the signal of your wireless router. The repeater must have at least one port so you can connect your E-phone to it.

What if my E-Phone is not registering?

Select the gear (settings button) on E-Phone
Select Admin Settings
Select Reset Settings
Select Service mode, then Reset
The E-Phone will reboot and you’ll be prompted for Domain. Type in “nb.com”
Type in your NB credentials (username and password)
