Andrea Simmons is a Paralegal and Administrative Coordinator on the Dallas legal team. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2017, she was a corporate paralegal at a Plano business law firm where she focused on entity formation, SEC and IRS filings, and the preparation of various corporate and estate planning documents. Ms. Simmons graduated from Idaho State University in 2011 with a BA in English, emphasis in technical writing, and a minor in business. She graduated from National Paralegal College, summa cum laude, with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal studies and received her Certified Paralegal qualification in 2016.
