Paul V. Charbonneau, Senior Vice President, Senior Research Analyst, joined the firm in 2011 as a member of the Municipal Fixed Income team. Paul came to the firm from Munistat Services, a regional municipal finance advisory firm, specializing in capital planning, financial forecasting and structuring bond and note borrowings for local governments. Prior to this, Paul held positions as an analyst at XL Capital Assurance and as an investment banking associate in the public finance department at A.G. Edwards. Paul is a member of the Municipal Analysts Group of New York and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. Paul holds a BA from the College of Holy Cross and an MBA from Adelphi University.
