Randy L. Gross, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2007. Randy is a Portfolio Manager for the Municipal Fixed Income team. Prior to this, he worked for Weiss, Peck & Greer as a portfolio manager in the Municipal Fixed Income group, where he worked since 2000. Previously, he was a money market portfolio manager at Brown Brothers Harriman. Randy began his career at HGK Asset Management, Inc. and holds a BS in International Business from Kutztown University.
