The Private Equity Co-Investment team seeks to:

Our investment parameters are flexible. The team is agnostic to industry, geography, investment situation, lead private equity manager and vintage year, but has an emphasis on small and middle market deals. The typical co-investment size ranges from $15 to $275 million and above, across the platform, but the team will opportunistically evaluate other sizes. We employ a flexible investment approach and will provide equity capital for, among others:

  • Buyouts
  • Growth financings
  • Add-on acquisitions
  • Recapitalizations
  • Partial sales / minority stake divestitures
