Sarah Peasey, Head of Europe Sustainable Investing, joined Neuberger Berman in 2021. Sarah leads the firm's sustainable investing and client engagement efforts across Europe, working with investment teams and analysts to advance sustainable investing capabilities. Sarah also co-chairs the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change Bondholder Stewardship Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was Head of Responsible Investment Strategy – Investments at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM). Sarah previously held a number of roles at LGIM, including Investment Strategist and Head of Fixed Income Investment Specialists. Sarah holds a first class degree in business management from the University of East Anglia.
