Yi Pan is a Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman. Yi joined from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he focused on private equity investments in Asia. He previously spent three years at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, advising on China cross-border M&As and U.S./Asia IPOs in the Financial Institutions space; he was also a core member of Morgan Stanley’s debut China Financial Technology franchise. Yi holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's Degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Duke University. He is a Certified ESG Analyst.
