Adam Stanislavsky, Managing Director, joined Neuberger Berman in 2020. Adam focuses on the Catalyst Investment Strategy within the Principal Strategies Group. Adam has over 25 years of investing experience, including more than 20 in event-driven strategies including arbitrage, distressed credit, and catalyst-based equity investing. Between 2015 and late 2017, Adam built, launched and managed Magnetar Capital’s Fundamental Strategies business. He was a partner at Bronson Point Management, Perry Capital and Aurelius Capital Management, a firm he also co-founded. In addition, he has been the CIO at 40 North Industries and a Portfolio Manager at Lloyd Park Capital Management, Bluefin Trading, John A. Levin & Co. and Elliott Associates. Adam received an MBA from the University of Chicago and graduated with a BA in economics from the University of Michigan.
