Louay Mikdashi, Managing Director, joined Neuberger Berman in June 2022 as a Head of Multi-Sector Private Credit. He leads the portfolio management/construction effort as well as the business and strategic activities for multi-sector private credit opportunities. In his role, Louay works in close partnership with senior leaders across the Global Fixed Income and Alternatives divisions. Prior to joining the firm, Louay was the head of an opportunistic alternative division at BlackRock in EMEA, where he helped build and expand an investment franchise that invests globally across alternative asset classes and across the capital structure. Prior to that, Louay was the Global CIO of the Alternative division of Santander Asset Management and co-ran the Global Investment Committee of the firm as Chief Investment Strategist.Louay is an alumni of Harvard Business School (GMP), Boston College (Ms Finance), Babson College (MBA Entrepreneurship), HEC (Ms Economics).
