Gilles Drukier, Head of EMEA Insurance Solutions
Gilles Drukier, Managing Director, joined the firm in August 2020 as Head of EMEA Insurance Solutions. Gilles leads our efforts to deepen client relationships across the EMEA insurance client segment. Before joining, Gilles spent 12 years at J.P. Morgan. Since 2015, he was Head of EMEA Fixed Income Solutions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In that capacity, Gilles focused on the development and execution of customized Fixed Income investment solutions for Insurance Companies and Pension Funds constrained by Liabilities, Regulatory Capital, ESG and Accounting considerations. Before that Gilles worked in a variety of Investment Banking roles advising insurers and financial institutions on ALM and Capital Optimisation at J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Gilles holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC (France) and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Oliver Little, Head of UK Insurance Solutions
Oliver Little, CAIA, Senior Vice President, joined Neuberger Berman in July 2021 as Head of UK Insurance Solutions. He is responsible for delivering the firm’s investment capabilities across public and private markets, as well as insurance analytics and reporting, to UK insurance clients and prospects. Before joining, Olie spent more than five years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he was a Client Advisor on the UK Insurance Solutions sales team, again covering UK insurance clients. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he spent eight years as an Infantry Officer in the British Army, which included two operational deployments to Afghanistan. Olie has a BA in Economics & Geography from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst charterholder.
Sinead Gilmore, Relationship Manager

Sinead Gilmore, Vice President, joined the firm in 2013. Sinead is a Relationship Manager in the Insurance Solutions Group responsible for delivering investment capabilities and insurance solutions to insurers across Europe. Prior to her current role, Sinead acted as Business Analyst for the firms Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and REIT teams interfacing between investment and sales teams to drive business development across the region. Sinead earned a MA (Hons) from the University of London and a BS from the Queensland University of Technology and Politecnico di Milano.

Tully Cheng, Head of EMEA Insurance Analytics & Institutional Solutions
Tully Cheng, CFA, FSA, Senior Vice President and Head of EMEA Institutional Solutions, joined Neuberger Berman in 2017. With a focus on asset allocation, risk management and thought leadership, Tully is responsible for developing analytical tools, producing white papers and client engagement. Prior to joining the firm, Tully worked as a director in PGIM’s Institutional Advisory & Solutions Group, where he worked in a similar function with pension plans, sovereign wealth funds and non-U.S. banks. Prior to that, he worked in Prudential’s Retirement Group, Individual Life Group and Group Insurance Group, focusing on credit analysis, product pricing and cash flow testing. Tully graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University with BAs in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics. Tully is a board member of Schola Cantorum on Hudson, a non-profit choral organization focused on musical education and performance.
Flora Xu, Insurance Solutions Strategist
Flora Xu, CFA, Vice President, joined the firm in 2019, focusing on infrastructure development of analytical tools and solutions for institutional investors. Flora is responsible for developing the firm's capital market assumptions, engaging strategic partners, and producing thought leadership pieces for institutional clients. Flora holds an MA in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University, and a BS in Actuarial Science with a minor in Mathematics from Nankai University.
Ericsson Wong, Insurance Strategy & Analytics Analyst

Ericsson Wong joined the firm in 2024 as an Insurance Strategy & Analytics Analyst. Ericsson was previously a summer intern for the team in 2023, where he built a tail-risk optimizer and quantified the climate impacts on asset returns. Ericsson holds a MEng degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
