Tully Cheng, CFA, FSA, FIA, Managing Director and Head of EMEA Institutional Solutions and EMEA Insurance Analytics, joined Neuberger Berman in 2017. Tully specializes in asset allocation, CIO solutions, and risk management, with responsibilities spanning client engagement, thought leadership, and the development of analytical tools. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Tully worked as a Director in PGIM’s Institutional Advisory & Solutions Group, where he worked closely with pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, and official institutions. Earlier, he held roles within Prudential’s Retirement, Individual Life, and Group Insurance divisions, focusing on credit analysis, product pricing and cash flow testing. Tully graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University with BAs in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics. Tully is a board member of Ember, a non-profit choral organization committed to musical education and performance.
