Alyssa Reardon, Senior Vice President, is an ESG Integration Director at Neuberger Berman focused on supporting ESG integration across the private markets platform. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Alyssa was a Manager at Casey Quirk, a practice of Deloitte Consulting, where she spent over five years consulting public and private asset managers across the U.S. and Europe. Her engagement expertise focused on sustainability within asset management, specifically around designing firm visions, integrating ESG factors within the investment process and assessing future-state operating models to support sustainable investing objectives. Previously, Alyssa was an analyst at BNY Mellon Investment Management, focused on distribution strategy. Alyssa received her Master of International Business and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida.
