Cecilia Amyot is a Vice President of Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman Private Equity in 2019, Cecilia worked for four years in the direct private equity group of CDPQ (Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec), where she focused on due diligence and execution of direct equity investments in private companies, in connection with new buyouts and/or minority equity investments into existing sponsor-owned companies. Prior to CDPQ, Cecilia worked three years in the corporate development team at AECOM in both Hong Kong and Singapore, and prior to that she was a business analyst at the OECD, based in Paris, where she focused on macro-economic trends analysis. Cecilia has a Bachelor in Business Administration from McGill University – Desautels School of Business in Montreal, Canada.
